I have bought quite a bit of these guys and find them to be good to deal with, giving good service and reasonable prices!

I buy all my seeds that I don't save myself from these guys, what more can I say!

Green Harvest Organic Gardening Supplies is an online retailer of gardening products, including books, tools, propagation supplies, water saving products, organic seeds and hard-to-find pest control products to manage pests organically. It publishes the free Australian Organic Gardening Resource Guide.

These guys have just about anything you ever wanted in the way of glass packaging for food preserving. You can also buy lids separately so if the ones on your recycled glass jars no longer seal, you can get brand new ones. They are in most state capitals and sell to the public, the only downside is their $100 minimum order.

This guy put our 12 volt fridge back together after a melt down and is interested in alternative refrigeration technologies. Hand guy to know.

A lot of the stuff these guys sell used to be hard to get - cheese and youghurt making supplies, stuff to help you make sausages, salami, jerky and biltong, food preserving supplies, smokers as well as the gear to make all sorts of interesting alcohol. They are a franchise business and we met the Richmond guy, he seems to be an enthusiast as well as a businessman. Check them out

If you have been reading the articles on hand tools by Bill Tarplee and have become interested in some of the more hard-to-find stuff, these folks can help you out. They know their stuff and are good to deal with.

All sorts of stuff for preserving, cheese making and farming. We bought a pressure canner from them. Worth a look.

This is where I get my perlite from to use as insulation in the rocket stoves. The do have artificial pesticides and fertilizer but also have lots of organic materials, seeds, chooks, bulk feeds of various sorts and other interesting gear. The are worth a visit.

These guys have shops all around Australia and can provide bulk products in your containers or they can provide reusable containers for you to help you along your way to zero waste. They specialise in food products but do have some cleaning products and materials as well.

Honest to goodness have a great range of bulk and organic foods and some other products. Their main office is in Sydney (Lucky us!) but their do have stockists in most Australian states. Well worth a look.

The lady who runs this website has lots of spares for old, treadle and hand crank sewing machines. She also has manuals for old sewing machines and can provide sewing design services

I got onto Neil Robertson of Webilicious by chance and the chance was very lucky for me. The Choko Tree website was badly in need fo a redo and update after not a lot of change for almost 15 years. Neil was very knowledgeable, helpful and did a great and timely job on the website, allowing me to take the website into the future. He set it up so that the website was configured for mobile phones as well as computers and ipads. He was also very cost effective.  I highly recommend his services.

These guys accept your old bike, refurbish them and on-sell them or donate to needy kids. I had a couple of old bikes I wanted to have reused rather than melted down and recycled and passed them on with no trouble. They do wonderful work, were great to deal with and are deserving of your support!

Located on Sun Vally Road in the lower Blue Mountains, I had not come across these guys until our local produce merchant stopped dealing with the public but they have been there over 40 years. These guys are great, with terrific service, lots of feed, feeders, straw, hay, repurposed containers and CHOOKS! Well worth a visit, located in a lovely area.
